Geomove Activewear accept all major credit and debit cards online, including American Express.
If you are ordering bulk for your school/club you will be emailed an invoice for you to pay via GoCardless.
On receipt of your order, you will receive a confirmation by email with an estimated delivery date.
The next communication you will receive should be a shipping notification – unless you have made any special requests with regards to your order.
For products which are made to order, please expect up to 10 – 15 working days before delivery – depending on the size of the order.

For small, in stock orders, our standard delivery service is tracked Royal Mail First Class – although we may seek alternative arrangements from time to time in light of strikes. Royal Mail advises service can take 1 – 3 working days, dependent on busy times of year or around bank holidays.
If your order is the size of a medium / large parcel, it will be sent via tracked courier.
If you require your order a little more urgently, please opt for our express service. Orders received by 12PM should be delivered the next working day.
Please ensure you add your telephone number to your order in case we need to contact you about issues which may affect your delivery.
Please contact us via email or 01793 850413, so we can ensure your item is one that be refunded.
You can then send your item, plus order number and your details, back to:

Once we have received the item, we will check it over and process the refund. Unless you are returning a faulty / damaged item. we will not be able to offer a refund on your postage.
Under VAT notice 714, we need to add VAT to items over a certain size depending on gender.

If you item is made to order / customised / personalised, we cannot offer returns or exchange unless the garment is faulty / damaged.
